Our store is hosted by Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Only one discount coupon code can be redeemed at checkout.

Offers are applicable to the stated products in the promotion and will include advance orders and pre-orders unless otherwise stated.

All terms and conditions for offers available at the time are subject to change at short notice. London Kpop Street reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time.

Offer of the month - applies to the products as advertised on the website. Discount code can be found on our social media platform (instagram) and newsletter. Offer ends on the last day of the month. Applies to in stock, pre-orders and advance orders (while stocks last).

Offer applies to the purchase of any 10 albums in a single order and includes pre-orders, advance orders, in stock albums. The free album will be the lowest price album purchased in the order.

Spend over £60 and get a 'mini' album free offer - this applies to the purchase of more than one in-stock albums in a single order with a value of over £60 (does not include pre-orders and advance orders). The free album will be randomly selected by London Kpop Street and included in the shipment of the order placed. Such albums include Nemo, Poca, Weverse, Platform, SMini, PLVE, QR versions.

STUDENT DISCOUNT CODE

All students studying in the UK are eligible to receive a 10% student discount code.

You can apply for a discount code by following the instructions provided in the communication sent to you.

Eligibility

The discount code expires on the date given in the communication notifying you of the discount code.

The instructions on how to use the discount code are included in the communication notifying you of the discount code. The discount code is valid for a limited period of time specified in the communication to you.

It applies to all items on our website and can be used any number of times without limit.

By using the discount code, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms of use.

Usage

The discount code is single use for you and non-transferable to another person.

The discount code may not be used in combination with any other discount codes, promotions or special offers. The discount code has not cash value and no cash or credit alternative will be offered for it.

The discount code cannot be used to purchase e-gift cards.

If you return any products purchased using the discount code, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for the returned item to your original form of payment.

Improper use of the discount code by you, including but not limited to, its publication or sale by you, is prohibited and it shall constitute a violation of these student discount code Terms and Conditions and entitle us to stop you using or benefiting from any discount code.

London Kpop Street reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend discount codes at any time, on reasonable written notice to you. However, if there are serious grounds for London Kpop Street to do so, then we may withdraw or amend the discount code without notice to you if it has a valid reason.

These discount code Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, however these discount code Terms and Conditions will not limit any customer protection rights that you may be entitled to.

e-GIFT CARD

Once purchased, the e-Gift Card(s) will be emailed to the Buyer (at the email address provided in the ‘Add a note’ box at checkout) as a pdf file containing an individual coupon code and the expiry date. The Buyer can then print and write a message on the space provided before giving it to the Recipient. Alternatively the card can be emailed to the Recipient by the Buyer.

Physical Gift cards or prints of the Gift card are currently not available.

The expiry date of each e-Gift Card will be 24 months from date of purchase. Upon expiry, the e-Gift Card will be nullified and the coupon code cancelled.

e-Gift Cards can only be used for purchases made at www.londonkpopstreet.co.uk

Only one e-Gift Card can be redeemed at checkout at a time.

e-Gift Cards may be used to pay for the delivery charge at checkout, including international delivery charges where applicable.

Usage

The coupon code on the e-Gift Card will be entered at checkout at our online store: www.londonkpopstreet.co.uk

Where the total value of the order (including selected delivery charge) exceeds the value of the e-Gift Card, the full e-Gift Card will be redeemed at checkout. The remaining amount of the order can be paid via the usual methods of payment available.

Where the total value of the order at checkout (including selected delivery charge) is lower than the value of the e-Gift Card, then the unredeemed amount remaining on the e-Gift Card can be used when placing another order at checkout using the same coupon code as long as this is done before the expiry date.

e-Gift Cards can be used at a maximum of two separate checkouts. Any unused amounts remaining on the e-Gift Card after being redeemed at two separate checkouts will be nullified and the e-Gift Card cancelled.

Once the full value of the e-Gift Card has been redeemed, the coupon code will be nullified and the e-Gift Card cancelled.

e-Gift Cards, once purchased, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, store credit or another e-Gift Card, except in the case that London Kpop Street Ltd ceases to trade, whereupon the buyer may contact us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk to arrange a refund before the expiry date of the e-Gift Card.

The risk of loss and title for e-Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the e-Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, destroyed, or used without your permission.

Refund Policy

There is a 7 day cooling off period for the purchase of e-Gift Cards. If you would like to cancel the e-Gift card purchased and receive a refund, please email us at info@londonkpopstreet.co.uk within 7 days of purchasing the e-Gift card. After 7 days the e-Card cannot be refunded.

For purchases made using the e-Gift Card, the refund policy remains the same as with all purchases made at www.londonkpopstreet.co.uk

CHANGES TO SERVICES

Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the products; stop providing the products or create limits on the products on offer. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue all or any part of the Service without notice at any time.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.

Right to suspend or cancel user account

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspect your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such as subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

PURCHASING, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased by person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we made a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address or phone number provide at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Return and Refund Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging, long with the receipt within 14 days of the date you received the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.

Warranties & responsibilities for products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
