5 Hastings Street, London, WC1H 9PZ (original shop is called Atelier Tammam). 

Landmark is RNIB at the corner of Judd Street and Hastings Street.

The nearest London Underground stations are Kings Cross, Russell Square, Euston Square (each is 10 minute walk approx.)

Payments

We will gladly accept payments by cash, bank transfer, card (not American Express).

**Please note that internet access in the area is known to be erratic and as such we may occasionally experience card payment issues. Rest assured this will not be due to any issues with your own credit/debit card.

There is a cash point nearby if needed.

FAQs

Can I book more than one slot to visit you?

Yes, you are most welcome to as long as there are spaces available.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

We have a 24h cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please inform us by email at least 24 hours before so that we may make your time slot available for someone else.

Will everything that is available online be available in the pop-up shop?

Can I order online and collect at the pop-up shop?

Yes! Please book a slot and collect your order when you visit us. You can select 'pop up collection' at checkout.

Can I use more than one promotion?

Only one promotion may be used on the day.

No other promotions can be used in conjunction with each other or combined together.

​

How do I redeem my Student discount?

Anyone who shows a current and valid UK student ID will be entitled to 10% off which can be used on the day.

The discount is applicable to one whole order purchased on the day.

I have an LKS customer account. Can I use the student discount along with my points earned as a customer?

Sadly only one type of discount can be used per visit, but we will add your points earned on the day to your LKS account.

I have an LKS account. Can I be awarded points from my purchases at the pop up shop?

Yes! Please let us know at the checkout if you are a member and we will add your points to your account as soon as possible after the pop-up event.

Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?

Yes you can. If you purchase your order in store on Sat 2nd July, you can return it in person on the same day whilst we are open. If you want to return your purchase after the pop-up shop event is over, please see our refund policy for more information.
