I have had nothing but positive experiences with this seller.​ Orders are shipped on time and, unlike a lot of kpop merch sellers, they don't rip you off!
Any problems I have had were resolved quickly and they are always eager to help you with order queries. They are reliable and my go-to whenever I want any merch.
I remember a few years back it was very difficult to find albums but this seller makes it super easy to find what I want. I look forward to ordering from them in the future :)

Really happy with my purchase. The album I bought cost less than anywhere else I could get in London. I was also able to collect it to save on delivery cost. It was really easy to collect and they kept me updated throughout. I also got two photos and a handwritten note, which I found really thoughtful.

Arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected, protectively and cleanly wrapped. They were super kind and added a free poster song with a lovely handwritten message! When I want another album I will definitely buy it from you!
